Goodman Site Improvement Plans

Bitzios Consulting was engaged by Goodman Pty Ltd to provide pedestrian and traffic management plans (PTMPs) for 11 sites in QLD, for 17 sites in Victoria and for 78 sites in NSW.  The work involved site investigations to determine and document existing safety risks, to develop site improvement plans to address the identified risks and the prepare implementation plans. We provided a national response to this project using common systems and templates and with staff across all offices working on this project to expedite its delivery.
