RMS Trip Generation – High Density Residential

Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) provides industry advice on land use traffic and parking generation through the Guide to Traffic Generating Developments. RMS is progressively updating its data, and commissioned Bitzios Consulting to undertake surveys and analysis of high-density residential developments.   Data was collected for 30 sites across metropolitan and regional NSW.  The project included the collection of site information, traffic and parking surveys, interview surveys, data analysis and development of trips and parking generation rates.   We have also recently completed RMS land use trip generation studies Fast Food Outlets and Drive-through Coffee Outlets.
